PIERCE COUNTY PROPERTY BONDS: 7% PREMIUM.

* Premium is the price of the bond and is not refundable after the bond has been posted. All prices are "per bond". In order to sign for a bond, one must meet the following requirements:

1. WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENT WITH VALID WASHINGTON DRIVERS LICENSE OR ID CARD.

2. MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 21 YEARS OF AGE.

3. MUST BE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED IN A STABLE JOB WITH DOCUMENTATION (CURRENT PAY STUBS).

4. MUST HAVE A STABLE RESIDENCE WITH DOCUMENTATION, SUCH AS A UTILITY BILL THAT COMES TO YOUR LISTED ADDRESS.
